of Using the mega188 Platform

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions shall carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" means the mega188 website accessible via mega188.run and all related subdomains, including mobile versions and any applications that may become available in the future.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the mega188 Platform and uses any of the services provided.
• "Account" means the account registered by a User on the mega188 Platform, including all associated personal information, account balance and transaction history.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account at any given time, including cash deposits and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means additional funds or credits granted by mega188 to Users based on promotions set from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a User must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn from the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process carried out by mega188 to comply with international licensing requirements.
• "mega188" means the company operating the Platform under international licensing, including all its representatives, employees and business partners.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the mega188 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. mega188 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any User at any time.

The eligibility requirements that must be met are as follows:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Not coerced or influenced by another party to create an account.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion process from any gambling platform.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Should mega188 find that a User holds more than one account, mega188 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any existing balance or winnings.

During registration, Users are required to provide information that is true, accurate and current. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3User Responsibilities

Each User is fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. mega188 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a User's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

• Users must keep their password and account login details confidential.
• Users must not allow others to use their account.
• Any suspicious activity on an account must be reported to mega188 customer support immediately.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access the Platform is free from malware.
• Users are prohibited from using any software, bots or automated methods to access or exploit the Platform.
• Users must not conduct transactions related to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

mega188 uses continuous fraud detection technology. Any account found to be involved in suspicious activity will be suspended for investigation, and the account balance may be held until the investigation is complete.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

mega188 provides a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted system.

The payment methods accepted by mega188 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — A popular local e-wallet among Malaysian players.
• DuitNow — An instant interbank money transfer service.

Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. mega188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not yet completed full verification.

mega188 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, technical disruptions to banking systems, or legal compliance requirements that necessitate additional checks.

5Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

mega188 offers various bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before being claimed.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash.

mega188 VIP Programme: Loyal mega188 players are eligible to join the VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback. There are five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates range from 0.2% (Bronze) to 0.8% (Diamond). Progression from one tier to a higher one depends on the player's gaming activity and loyalty.

6Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the mega188 Platform are operated by licensed third-party software providers. mega188 acts as the platform operator and does not directly control game outcomes.

• Game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or through live feeds from casino studios.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, mega188 will refer to the system logs to determine the valid outcome.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and will result in account termination.

9Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• mega188 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks or events beyond mega188's control.
• mega188 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Users as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• mega188 is not liable for inaccuracies in information provided by Users during registration or the KYC process.
• mega188's liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination and Suspension

mega188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account with or without prior notice if the User breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

An account may be terminated or suspended for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the User is under 21 years of age.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding more than one account.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or system exploitation.
• Use of automated software or bots to exploit games.
• Violation of game rules related to bonus abuse.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining account balance after deduction of bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mega188 is registered under its international licence. Any disputes that arise will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Players in Malaysia are subject to applicable local laws regarding online gambling. mega188 encourages all Users to understand the legal position applicable in their respective areas.

12Amendments to Terms

mega188 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to Users via their registered email or through a notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If a User does not agree with the amendments made, the User has the right to close their account before the effective date of those amendments.
